The Process Analyst supports the success of the company by identifying and implementing new opportunities in systems and processes. This includes reducing redundancies and errors, creating efficiencies, and maintaining auditable processes and reporting. In addition to working within Purchasing, this position will work heavily with cross functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Training, and Warehouse.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring the food safety and quality of all bulk materials received and packaged at the Natural Grocers Distribution Center. This position assists in the development and implementation of all food safety programs and procedures including:
- Assisting in the continual review and development of the food safety and HARPC programs
- Preparing the facility for third party audits
- Supervision of the sanitation operations as well as the QA technicians.
This position is required to make decisions on product dispositions and sanitation methods and upholds all laws as they pertain to food manufacturing. The quality assurance supervisor is a member of the food safety committee and the food defense team and must obtain HACCP certification.
At the direction of the Recruiting Manager, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for forecasting, sourcing, recruiting and interviewing for positions at assigned Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage stores, at the Store Support Center and at the Distribution Center. This individual will assist with the implementation of recruiting initiatives that build bench strength, reduce turnover and ensure compliance with all application and federal state laws.
The Public Relations and Customer Service Director is responsible for the maintenance of the public view of NGVC with specific attention to supporting business growth through strategic development of brand story and implementation of campaigns that drive sales in new and existing markets with precise embodiment of World Class customer service.
The Training Compliance Coordinator will work across departments (including Training, HR, Operations, Safety, and Loss Prevention) to identify gaps in training compliance, then provide courteous but direct communication with relevant Managers to drive completions on training and close those gaps. Of particular importance, the Training Compliance Coordinator will focus on completion of Food Safety, SNAP, Forklift, and Beer/Wine training documentation, and work to ensure 100% compliance on these training systems throughout the company. In the case of Food Safety and Beer/Wine trainings, the Training Compliance Coordinator will work with Operations and Safety to become familiar with state and local requirements for training at specific store locations, and will also be certified to provide in-person training on these subjects when needed.
This role is based at our Store Support Center (SSC) offices located in Golden, CO. The main functions of the position will include coordination of store equipment inventory, order fulfillment, equipment repair and warehouse maintenance to support our high operational standards.
