The New Store Set-up Team Asssistant is responsible for assisting Team Lead and Department Coordinators in all departments as directed by Team Leads in preparation for store opening. This position will learn all operations required in each department and will help perform these operations in each department working with Department Coordinators as directed by Team Leads. This position includes helping with the cleaning, organizing and set up of all areas of the store during new store set up as directed by Team Leads.
When not setting up new stores, relocations or remodels, this position involves working at existing stores where additional help is needed as directed by Executive Vice President, Liz Isely and Team Leads.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide HR related guidance and full cycle employee relations guidance to managers, employees, and HR team. This position will partner with Store /Regional Managers within various states and drive the roll out of new HR related initiatives and policies, provide guidance and advisement regarding performance related issues, and provide guidance and coaching on all HR related matters. This is a hybrid shedule, 2 days a week in office is a must.

The position of Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the Company’s accounts payable function. This role will work closely with the CAO and Controller to update the Company’s practices, policies, and procedures to enable a 2 to 3 day hard close on a monthly basis and weekly soft closes. This position requires change management skills including being an excellent planner, organizer, documenter, communicator, leader, manager, mentor, and coach. This is not a remote position and we do not offer relocation.

This is accomplished by providing effective solutions and supporting Operations in maintaining current SOPs, manuals, and documentation to ensure all are up to date and accurate; and answering incoming customer phone calls and routing them appropriately.
