Job Summary   The DC Grocery Material Handler position is responsible for performing all functions of the Grocery department at the Natural Grocers Distribution Center.  This includes use of SAP for order processing, order pulling, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and new product storage setup.  This position works under minimal supervision and maintains daily communication with all departments.

Job in a Nutshell: The Food Safety Sanitation Technician position is responsible for cleaning of the production equipment, production rooms, and general warehouse.  This position will be responsible for developing and following Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).  The Sanitation Technician will be required to perform cleaning to keep production on schedule and complete all required documentation.  The sanitation program is a process preventive control as required by FDA and therefore requires completion of necessary certifications for FSMA compliance.
