The Human Resources Business Partner will provide full HR cycle employee relations guidance to managers, employees, and HR team. The Natural Grocers Director of Scientific Affairs and Nutrition Education (DSCANE) position is an advancement and leadership position. The DSCANE acts as the direct supervisor for the Nutrition Communication & Education Manager and the Nutrition & Quality Standards Manager positions within the Nutrition Education Department (NED). The DSCANE position is fundamental for providing ongoing support and evidence-based nutrition education/training to Nutritional Health Coaches (NHCs), store employees, customers, and the community. In addition, the DSCANE provides Natural Grocers NHCs with a professional resource for nutrition information while promoting the importance of diet, supplements, movement, ecologically thoughtful practices for human health and wellbeing. The DSCANE acts as an educational link for Natural Grocers employees to keep them informed about nutrition, company standards and the quality of our store products. The DSCANE position plays an integral role in helping Natural Grocers improve the health and wellbeing of our communities. As a front-line contributor to the Natural Grocers mission, this role requires a passionate, outgoing individual with enthusiasm for nutrition education.

The Payroll Coordinator will ensure the collection of all necessary information and documents, compute wages, and investigate and resolve any payroll issues or discrepancies.

Job Summary
The DC Grocery Material Handler position is responsible for performing all functions of the Grocery department at the Natural Grocers Distribution Center. This includes use of SAP for order processing, order pulling, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and new product storage setup. This position works under minimal supervision, and maintains daily communication with all departments.
The Production Machine Feeder is responsible for the daily setup and operation of the loading platform for the bulk foods and spice packaging department at the Natural Grocers Distribution Center. The Machine Feeder position is a team-based, fast paced and physically demanding role, and is critical to the success of the automated packaging operation. This position is responsible for maintaining GMP’s, housekeeping, and applicable food safety documentation.
Job Summary
The Bulk Order Puller is responsible for pulling items, placing items in totes and assembling the totes on pallets that will then be loaded onto our delivery trucks, and shipped to our stores. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to your co-workers and fellow team members.
