Job Summary


As a member of the Data Integrity Team, the Replenishment Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate replenishment data in SAP for over 26,000 unique items in the bulk, books, body care and vitamins departments. This position is responsible for processing replenishment requests from the stores, Category Managers, and Distribution Center accurately and efficiently. This position also requires extensive and detailed use of SAP and Excel, query and report generation and analysis, and data management.



  • Process daily store replenishment requests and respond to stores. Follow up with Distributors and Category Managers regarding alternate sources of supply as needed.
  • Process Category Manager requests for changes to replenishment quickly and accurately, including new items, discontinued items, and vendor changes.
  • Load new store replenishment and reference consumption for the Books, Bulk, Vitamin, and Body Care Departments using Winshuttle. Create and schedule new store forecast and replenishment jobs in SAP.
  • Using BEx data, analyze quarterly sales for the vitamins and body care departments, and make changes to replenishment parameters as needed to ensure optimal functioning of the system.
  • Update forecast profiles in SAP quarterly, based on sales volume.
  • Maintain accurate replenishment data in the Book Master, Bulk Master, and Replenishment Master spreadsheets. Create and maintain yearly replenishment schedules and calendars available for use by the stores on Sharepoint.
  • Answer store emails and Help Desk tickets regarding replenishment ordering. Assist the Purchasing Department and other departments with replenishment troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Work with the Distribution Center to reschedule bulk orders as needed, and communicate revised ordering schedules to the stores.
  • Monitor store and system performance by compiling weekly sales, inventory, and OOS reports.
  • Analyze BEx, BOBJ, and SAP data and store feedback to conceptualize and test changes to replenishment parameters that will lead to improved system performance and end user experience.
  • Learn the Data Integrity Specialist position, including article creation and maintenance, source listing, conditions and promotions, POS troubleshooting, Daily Gross Margin Reporting, and Help Desk support. Support the needs of the Data Integrity Team as needed.
  • Assist Management with query and report generation and analysis as needed.
  • Any other projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years of SAP experience required o SAP ordering and/or replenishment ordering experience preferred MS Office
  • Suite experience required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word o Intermediate to advanced Excel preferred
  • Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to continually learn and improve
  • Must be comfortable working and collaborating with different groups, including Store Employees, Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance
  • Must be able to work independently and unsupervised, but also as part of a team
  • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to innovate and implement new ideas
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
