The Training Center Assistant Manager assists in the development, implementation and delivery of all training classes/simulations conducted as part of the Training Center Curriculum. The Training Center Assistant Manager is also responsible, in partnership with the Training Center Manager and Training Department Manager, for monitoring Training Center instruction and delivery to ensure that the training is effective and efficient and creating a learning experience for participants that fosters learning and is consistent with our 5 Founding Principles.
